The product matches the description, everything works, the only thing I didn't understand was what kind of effect it should have. The vibration is strong, but I didn't notice any massage effect. Overall, the product is of good quality; there is no massage or pain relief effect, but as a relaxing gadget it can be recommended.

Well, it work's. Installed it on the car seat and everyday driving to and from work i got a nice, stress relieving, upper and lower back massage. It's far from a real massage but i am pretty satisfied. Cons? Vibrating motors are uncomfortable, had to add a layer of blanket
